How to add a Stalker Portal

Here is how to add a Stalker Portal in STBAir:

Step 1: Get your portal details from your service provider

• •Portal URL (e.g. 'http://portal.yourprovider.com')
• •MAC address (your provider should have registered your device Virtual MAC)

Step 2: Add the portal in STBAir

• •Open STBAir → go to the Portal / Server screen
• •Select 'Add Portal' or press the + button
• •Enter a name (e.g. 'My Provider')
• •Enter the portal URL exactly as your provider gave it
• •Check 'Set as default and connect' if you want it to load immediately
• •Press Connect

Step 3: Connect

• •STBAir will connect to the portal and load your content
• •If successful, you will see your categories

Troubleshooting:

• •'Please contact your provider to register this device' → Your provider needs to add your Virtual MAC to their system. Find your MAC on the home screen (bottom right) or in Settings → Device Info. If already registered and you updated your MAC address, ask your service provider to reset your device.
• •Portal not loading → Double-check the URL. Ask your provider to provide a direct portal URL. If a redirect URL does not work, the direct URL will.
• •Black screen → The portal connected but content is not loading. This is usually a provider-side issue.
