How to cancel auto-renewal

If you have a monthly or yearly subscription with auto-renewal enabled, you can turn it off anytime.

How to cancel:

  • Log in to stbair.com/account
  • Go to the 'Billing and Invoices' tab
  • Find your subscription card
  • Toggle 'Auto-Renew' to OFF

What happens after canceling:

  • Your plan stays active until the current billing period ends
  • No further charges will be made
  • After the period ends, your device status changes to 'expired'
  • Your saved portals and settings are preserved — reactivate anytime with a new code

Important:

  • Canceling does NOT give a refund for the current period
  • You can turn auto-renew back ON anytime before the period ends
  • If you purchased a one-time payment (lifetime), there is no renewal to cancel
