How to cancel auto-renewal
If you have a monthly or yearly subscription with auto-renewal enabled, you can turn it off anytime.
How to cancel:
- •Log in to stbair.com/account
- •Go to the 'Billing and Invoices' tab
- •Find your subscription card
- •Toggle 'Auto-Renew' to OFF
What happens after canceling:
- •Your plan stays active until the current billing period ends
- •No further charges will be made
- •After the period ends, your device status changes to 'expired'
- •Your saved portals and settings are preserved — reactivate anytime with a new code
Important:
- •Canceling does NOT give a refund for the current period
- •You can turn auto-renew back ON anytime before the period ends
- •If you purchased a one-time payment (lifetime), there is no renewal to cancel
