How to transfer a license to another device

You can move your STBAir license from one device to another (e.g. old TV to new TV, or Roku to Fire Stick).

How to transfer:

• •Open STBAir on your new device
• •Go to Settings → Application Info
• •Enter the same license code that was used on your old device
• •The app will ask: 'This license is linked to another device. Transfer it?'
• •Confirm the transfer

What happens:

• •The old device is deactivated (set to expired)
• •The new device becomes active with the remaining time from your plan
• •The old device keeps its saved portals but cannot connect until reactivated

Transfer limits:

• •1 Month plan — 0 transfers (no transfers allowed)
• •1 Year plan — 2 transfers
• •Lifetime plan — 5 transfers

Cross-platform transfers:

• •Yes — you can transfer between any platforms (Roku to Fire TV to LG to Android). The license is not platform-locked.
