How to find your Device ID or Virtual MAC

Your Virtual MAC is a unique identifier for your device in STBAir.

Where to find it:

• •You can find your MAC address at the home screen bottom right corner
• •Or go to Settings → Device Info
• •Virtual MAC — a 6-pair address like '00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX'

Which one does my provider need?

• •Most Stalker portal providers need the Virtual MAC
• •Give them the MAC shown in STBAir, NOT your TV network MAC (they are different)
• •STBAir generates a Virtual MAC specifically for portal connections

Important:

• •Your Virtual MAC is used for portal connections — can be changed if needed (see How to change Virtual MAC)
• •Your STBAir license (Device ID) and Virtual MAC serve different purposes and are independent of each other
