Why is the app showing only the Demo Portal?

If STBAir is showing only the Demo Portal and not your custom portal, it means one of these:

Reason 1: Trial or license expired

  • Your free trial ended or your paid plan expired
  • Fix: Purchase a license at stbair.com/pricing and activate it

Reason 2: Device not active yet

  • The app could not confirm your device status (network issue on startup)
  • Fix: Close the app completely, check your internet connection, and reopen

Reason 3: Portal was removed or app was reset

  • Your saved portal was deleted (app reset, reinstall, or data clear)
  • Fix: Re-add your portal from the Portal/Server screen

How to check your status:

  • Go to Settings → Application Info
  • You can check your application status and expiry date
  • If it says 'Active' or 'Trial' → your portals should work. Try reconnecting from the Portal screen.
  • If it says 'Expired' → you need to activate a license code from stbair.com/pricing
